You can get a full refund on any purchase of the NitePix desktop app within 14 days of the purchase date. You don't need a reason, and there are no other conditions.
To request one, use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or contact us (below) and we'll take care of it. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
The NitePix desktop app for Mac is sold by Super Locrian LLC through Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Your purchase is a sale by Paddle: Paddle handles the checkout, your payment details, invoicing, and refund processing. This policy matches Paddle's refund policy, and Paddle's buyer terms apply to the transaction.
A refunded or charged-back purchase has its license key suspended: the app will no longer activate or validate with that key. This is automatic and applies regardless of who initiated the refund.
The web app at nitepix.superlocrian.xyz is free — there is nothing to purchase and therefore nothing to refund. Its use is governed by the Terms of Use.
